The tale of Nadja is the fanciful adventure story of an orphan girl, living in England about a century ago. Once she learns that her mother may be alive somewhere, she sets off in search of her by joining a troupe of travelling performers as a dancer. As she journies with them, she meets many interesting people, sees many spectacular sights, and learns about the various cultures and regions of Europe overall.

♥ The Dandelion Troupe

Nadja Applefield The heroine and main character of our story. She's on a marvelous journey to find her mother after discovering that she's alive somewhere. The jeweled brooch that she wears is an important link to finding her once again. She joins the Dandelion Troupe to become a dancer as she travels throughout Europe.

	Kennosuke The troupe's miniature samurai! He has a bit of a crush on Nadja. ♥		Rita The troupe's miniature lion tamer. She cannot speak.
	George The troupe's leader and strongman. He's more of a fatherly figure than anything else.		Granny The troupe's seamstress and general care-taker. She also seems to be able to predict things.
	Sylvie The troupe's lovely singer. She's much like an older sister to Nadja.		Thomas The troupe's violinist. He's very serious about his music, and he's very shy.
	Abel The troupe's "laugh department" pierrot! He's very friendly and kind.		Crème & Chocolat The troupe's mascots and performing lions. They seem to understand human speech!

♥ Heroes & Villains

	Herman Nadja's uncle who is, unbeknownst to her, trying to tamper with her fate by stealing the only link to her mother: her brooch.		Rosso & Bianco Herman's henchmen who are sent on a wild goose chase to find Nadja and steal the brooch.
	Francis Harcourt Francis is a member of the ducal Harcourt family. He's very caring and does his best to spread kindness to everyone, especially the less-fortunate. He encounters Nadja many times.		Black Rose The "phantom thief" that spreads justice through stealing from corrupt people. But who is this masked man, really? And why does he seem to encounter Nadja so frequently?

♥ But Wait! There's More!...

Ashita no Nadja is a series that is literally littered with dozens of characters, many of them playing important roles throughout the series and forming important friendships and relationships to our main characters. However, there are far too many for me to list [today at least!].

♥ The Fanlist

A fanlisting is a place for all fans to unite and form the biggest listing of fans from around the world. Simply put, it's sort of a fanclub you can join that basically says "I'm a fan of this!" If you have a website, you are more than welcome [and encouraged!] to use one of our promotional buttons to promote the fanlisting and also display your Nadja fandom! However, you do not need a website to join. All you need is your name [or an alias], a valid email address, and your fandom! You can even display which character you like best!
