The Perry Bible Fellowship is a comic strip written and illustrated by Nicholas Gurewitch. It debuted in 2001 and is updated every Tuesday. It's currently being published in several newspapers and even in Maxim Magazine.
The Perry Bible Fellowship pokes fun at all sorts of topics, such as religion, sexuality, war, science fiction, suicide, and death. The humor is typically morbid and eccentric.
The art style from strip to strip is constantly varying. Sometimes they're illustrated quite simply, and other times they're drawn with pastels or painted with watercolors. Even sometimes a strip has different styles within it [such as the frame I used for this layout!]. A typical Perry Bible strip contains undetailed "puppet like" people; snow white with featureless faces, save for the "smiley face" like eyes and mouth.
And of course, if you'd like to know some good strips to check out, here are a few of my personal favorites!
